TCU vs. Georgia props are on the board right now at BetRivers. Not only can you bet the side, total, money line and all of the normal things on the National Championship Game on Monday night between the TCU Horned Frogs and Georgia Bulldogs, but you can also bet National Championship props. Georgia is listed as a 12-point favorite with the total listed at 62.5. The money line has Georgia at -480 and TCU at +340. You might want to play a side or total but don’t forget that you can also play the props. Let’s look at some of the TCU vs. Georgia props for Monday night.

If you think the National Championship Game on Monday will be high scoring then it makes sense to play Georgia or TCU over their team totals. The concern with playing the over in these two props is that there is no value. The oddsmakers and the public have inflated the betting line on the over. There may actually be some value on taking the team props under, but that is hard to do, especially in a title game.

Neither -130

The first team to reach a particular point total is heavily tilted toward Georgia and that makes sense since the Bulldogs are a heavy favorite. If you like the game to go under there may be some value on taking neither team to reach 40 points, as you are only laying -130 on that particular prop.

First Team to Score

TCU +135

Georgia -186

Last Team to Score

TCU +132

Georgia -186

One of the best props for Monday’s game could be the one on which team will score first. If you watched Georgia’s game against Ohio State then you know that the Bulldogs were fortunate to come away with the win. Georgia head coach Kirby Smart will have reminded his team all week about how poorly they played and he will have the Bulldogs ramped up to play well, especially early in the game. The Georgia defense will be motivated to shutdown TCU and the Bulldogs should score first. Keep in mind that the money line on this game is over 4-1 on Georgia, yet you can get less than 2-1 on Georgia to score first. I’ll take this as one of the top props for Monday night.

Georgia to Score First and Win

Yes -124

No -108

TCU to Score First and Win

Yes +600

No -1250

This prop is another interesting one and very similar to the first team to score prop, with Georgia having some value. The Bulldogs are a big favorite to win the game overall, as they are more than a 4-1 favorite on the money line and yet they are just -124 to score first and win? There are teams that don’t score first and end up winning the game, but when you have a team laying big points, they usually score first and win. I said in the previous prop that I thought there was a lot of value on Georgia to score first and there may be even more value on Georgia to score first and win the game. If you like TCU in this game you may want to take TCU to score first and win, but I still don’t think there is enough value at odds of 6-1.
